Styld was created to save you time and money. We know how busy your lives get and our stylists are excited to do the legwork for you! Styld stylists sort through thousands of style, price, quality, fit and vendor options in the market to find the best ones! Our stylists have a background in fashion, fabrics, fit and styling to find the best value and we pass on the market prices directly to you with no markup! We only recommend the styles that have been reviewed and tested on our models for quality, fit, construction, and style at the best price point!

As soon as you place the order, Styld sends the orders directly to the retailers offering the product. You place just one order with us and we take care of placing all orders for you! We cater to you and your busy schedule!

Styld only ships within the United States at this time. As soon as the distribution channels grow, we will make sure to update our Styld family!

You can email stylist@shopstyld.com anytime and receive a prompt reply within 48 hours.

Once the order is placed, Styld will immediately send an email confirmation of the order with the retailer information where the items are shipping from. As online pricing is always changing, we list the best price at the time the looks are loaded on our site. Styld rounds the pricing up to the nearest dollar for a consistent pricing model. If the retailer price has changed by the time you purchase (same date of order), we are happy to credit the difference back to you.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing stylist@shopstyld.com. If it is after 24 hours, our stylists will check on the shipping status to see if it can still be canceled however if already shipped, our team stylist@shopstyld.com will send fast and easy return instructions.

FAQ - Payments & Returns

Styld partners with Stripe Payment Solutions, a validated PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry, to ensure that all shopping and personal information is secure

All orders will show up as ‘Styld’.

A ‘pending’ or ‘processing’ charge will post on your account as soon as you place the order.

Each item will come directly from one of our approved vendor partners and will be subject to the same retailer return policies if you purchased directly through their site. All items we select for our Styld looks will always be able to be returned to the original retailer. We do not work with any items that are final sale. The return policy should be in the package that you receive from each retailer. Please reach out to stylist@shopstyld.com with any questions.

As soon as we receive the confirmation that the return has been accepted by the retailer, we will refund the purchase ASAP. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refund to be processed. Please note that refunds can only be applied to the original payment method.
